Kim Berg (K.J.S.)

Kim Berg is a PhD candidate at ICGI (Institute for Corporate Law, Governance and Innovation Policies), connected to the Private Law department of the Faculty of Law in Maastricht. ​She specializes in corporate law, finance law and corporate governance. Furthermore, she completed the The Netherlands Bar legal professional training in 2016.

Her research project is a comparative study (NL/US) on corporate disclosure behavior of listed companies.

Kim is also is a lecturer in the Master's courses Ondernemingsrecht (NL) and Comparative Company Law (EN).
