EIPIN Innovation Society
EIPIN IS is a comprehensive project at the forefront of multidisciplinary research, examining the role of intellectual property (IP) as a complex adaptive system in innovation. The focus will be on the European regulatory framework for fostering innovation with the aim of enhancing Europe’s capacity for innovation-based sustainable economic growth. The longstanding European Intellectual Property Institutes Network (EIPIN), a consortium of leading research and training centre...s in the area of intellectual property, is the driving force behind the project.

Multiple Framework Service Contract for the provision of expertise in intellectual property
Joint framework service contract for the provision of external expertise to the European Parliament’s Committee on Legal Affairs in the field of Intellectual Property Law.

Partners: Time Lex, Spark Legal Network and Consultancy, Queen Mary University of London.

Provision of External Expertise on Foreign Policy (European Parliament Framework Contract)
In this framework contract IGIR and its partners provide studies, analyses and advice to the European parliament Trade, IP, Economics issues related to EU external foreign policy. Already completed under the framework are studies on the EU-Korea FTA, the ACTA and on  EU - China Trade Relations.
