LIFT / Baandomein
LIFT changed its name into Baandomein. Baandomein is a collaboration between various employers in Limburg. It was established to encourage mobility of employees who have a fixed contract with Baandomein partners. To achieve this mobility, Baandomein gives their employees the chance to be posted outside their own organisation in collaborating companies and institutions to expand their knowledge and experience.
The programme takes place under the following conditions: voluntary participation, usually temporary placement, return guarantee, preservation of the full legal position. The Baandomein network allows its collaborating organisations to exchange knowledge about career development, mobility and various other HR themes.
Employees who need advice about their opportunities in being temporarily posted elsewhere, can contact the HR adviser or the consultants at the Staff Career Centre.
