SMULLN
City labs were a new administrative link between local government and citizens' initiatives.
The goal of SMULLN was to strengthen the role of city labs using an already developed toolkit. To this end, we applied the LAB kit in this action research as a learning tool for the Dutch network of city labs facilitated by the creative industry fund.
