Launch of the project CounterRisk: “New skills to face the risks of counterfeiting in consumer goods for children”.

The objective of the CounterRisk project is to develop innovative training tools using ICT technologies and gamification elements. The training tools will cover three main topics which can help face counterfeiting problems in children’s products: intellectual property rights, product safety and new technologies such as blockchain.  

The project results are mainly intended for people working in consumer associations and consumers in general, as well as workers of small and medium enterprises of children’s products sector.

As associated partner, M-EPLI is looking forward to developing this new project together with a multi-disciplinary team formed by the Association for Toy and Play (Czech Republic), Lucentia-Lab as technological partner (Spain), the Associação para a Promoção da Segurança Infantil-APSI (Portugal), Centre d'études internationales de la propriété intellectuelle-CEIPI (France) and the Technological Institute for Children’s Products & Leisure- AIJU (Spain).
