Dr. Bilyana Petkova co-organizer conference

Dr. Bilyana Petkova, MCEL member and Assistant Professor of the International and European Law Department of Maastricht University, was one of the co-organizers of an one-day conference on privacy held on 3 November 2017 at the New York University. The event explored the possibilities for cities and localities to use Big Data effectively while preserving privacy.
