14.30-14.40 hrs: welcome and introduction
14.40-14.50 hrs: explanation case study
14.50-15.35 hrs: introduction and working on the case study in small groups (part 1)
15.35-15.45 hrs: break (time to get a coffee & watch a nice video of Maastricht)
15.45-16.20 hrs: working on the case study (part 2)
16.20-16.50 hrs: Q&A with programme director, students and recruiter

Make sure that you are well-prepared before you join the experience day by reading the case and the case instructions carefully.

Is there anything unclear or something you do not understand? Don't worry, during the experience day the tutor will explain everything. And you can always pose any remaining questions during the Q&A session at the end of the day.
