Resilience important quality of healthy elderly
Healthy ageing is not for everyone. Having resilience appears to be an important factor. Keeping moving, being socially active, asking for help when needed. Energetic people do not resign themselves to nothing but look for ways to give meaning to their existence every day. And that is how you are most likely to enjoy your old age fit and healthy.
