Report on disability law
M-CEL member Professor Lisa Waddington, in collaboration with Dr. Andrea Broderick, has written a report entitled Disability law and reasonable accommodation beyond employment, A legal analysis of the situation in EU Member States.
The report was written on behalf of the European Commission and the European network of legal experts in gender equality and non-discrimination and has been published by DG Justice and Consumers. The report, which is 170 pages long, is available online.
