As of February 1, 2022, Prof. Lorenzo Moroni has been appointed as interim scientific director of MERLN.
Lorenzo Moroni is professor of Biofabrication for Regenerative Medicine and has worked for MERLN since the institute's inception in 2014. He succeeds Prof. Dr. Pamela Habibovic, who has been appointed Rector Magnificus.
