Movie about the ABC tool for COPD patients
In November 2016 Annerika Slok, postdoc at the Department of Family Medicine, finished her PhD about the development and evaluation of the Assessment of Burden of COPD (ABC) tool.
The ABC tool is developed to measure the burden of COPD in patients and can be used during consultation by healthcare providers and patients. Based on the positive outcomes of the study and the enthusiasm of patients and healthcare providers it is decided by the Dutch Lung Alliance to implement the tool in daily care.
One of the implementation activities is informing COPD patients about this new tool. Therefore the Dutch Lung Foundation (Longfonds) made a short movie about the ABC tool.
