Please note: the application process for the academic year 2025-2026 takes place from 1 June 2025 up and until 30 June 2026 23.59 hours CET.
Except for the Educatieve Minor: you can sign up for this minor from 1 March 2025 up and until 31 May 2025.
Please keep in mind that some minors have a limited number of available places.
How to apply for a minor:
- You should apply via the Special Course Request procedure via the Student Portal. Please choose all courses of the minor you want to participate in.
- Please make sure to mention the specific minor for which you are filing the Special Course Request. You can do this in the text/justification field.
- Your request will first be assessed by your own faculty. After approval the request will be forwarded to the offering faculty who assesses if you can be registered (is there still place, do you meet entrance requirements etc.).
