Lisa Ann Selges, Head of Climate Policy at Transparency International, will present on “Advancing environmental liability policy through the lens of the case of ozone layer depletion”. Like in her forthcoming book published by Routledge, Lisa will focus more particularly on the situation in the US.
Lisa will discuss tort liability challenges regarding long term environmental harms, environmental policy making, and compensation schemes. Keeping that in mind, we expect the seminar to be of particular interest to all of you who conduct research in the field of liability law, environmental law, and policy making more generally.
If you are interested in attending this event, please register with Marina Jodogne or Niels Philipsen.
