Majority Judgement: A New Voting Method
In elections, well-known voting methods often have drawbacks that may lead to very strange outcomes, as will be illustrated.
In his book Majority Judgment: Measuring, Ranking, and Electing, Rida Laraki introduces a new and revolutionary voting method that better meets the traditional criteria of what constitutes a good method. This Majority Judgment is a much more meaningful and realistic selection procedure, as is shown by comparing it with the familiar methods for several practical situations.
