UM Star Lecture in Düsseldorf

The human leader: what if it all started with me?

Being human provides tremendous power for leaders to facilitate connections between people and to drive performance. However, being a human leader is not as evident as the universal nature of being human might suggest. In today’s complex work context, people often find it quite difficult to incorporate it in their leader roles.

In this lecture, Professor Marielle Heijltjes outlines the contours of a map to integrate your humanity in your leadership. Furthermore, she discusses the impact that it can generate, highlighting some of the key markers to keep your own navigation on track (lecture in English).
