The Forecaster tells the extraordinary story of renegade economist, Martin Armstrong and the computer system he created that predicted world economic turning points with incredible accuracy; years in advance. 

His predictions gained him worldwide attention, gaining him a clientele that consisted of powerful players in the global economy.
