FACILEX Online Workshop
This workshop is conducted within the framework of the international research project "Facilitating mutual recognition: Analytics and Capacity building Information Legal eXplainable tool to strengthen cooperation in the criminal matter - FACILEX) of the Justice Program of the European Union (JUST-2022-JCOO).
FACILEX is an EU-funded project that aims to fill the gap between EU and national law by tailoring legal knowledge to achieve accurate decision-making. It provides a multilevel online platform grounded on a comprehensive comparative legal analysis, focusing on the implementation of EU mutual recognition instruments in different Member States.
The workshop will cover topics developed in Work Package 2 (Legal Research and Analysis of the EU Cooperation Mechanisms) and Work Package 4 (Identification of Relevant Case Law and Harmonization of Terminology of EU and National Legislation).
