Nozizwe Dube selected as a Face of Science of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW)
Nozizwe Dube, a PhD candidate researching intersectional discrimination in EU equality law, was selected as one of the 12 new Faces of Science by the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW) in 2023.
Nozizwe is a member of the Maastricht Centre for European Law (MCEL) and part of the Department of International and European Law of the Faculty of Law of Maastricht University. She conducts her research under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Andrea Broderick and Dr. Sejla Imamović. As one of the Faces of Science, Nozizwe will communicate about her research on platforms, such as Nemokennislink and other media channels, with the aim of highlighting her research topic, portraying the life of a researcher, and stimulating young people to pursue careers in research.
