De master Recht en Arbeid kent twee specialisaties. De specialisatie Arbeid & Gezondheid biedt studenten de mogelijkheid zich te verdiepen in een combinatie van sociaalrechtelijke en gezondheidsrechtelijke blokken, waarbij gevoelige maatschappelijk kwesties zoals WIA-beleid, ziekteverzuim en re-integratie ook aan de orde komen. De andere specialisatie Arbeid & Onderneming leert je de juridische implicaties van het succesvol voeren van een onderneming. Denk hierbij aan fusies en overnames, arbeidsvoorwaarden en sociale verzekeringen.
