Prestigious grant for study on relocation of nursing home residents
Hilde Verbeek, Jan Hamers (RL Ageing and Long-Term Care) and their team were awarded a grant of € 1.730.000 by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS). They will study how relocations in nursing home care be improved for residents and their loved ones, while contributing to their quality of life and quality of care. The project will be conducted from the Living Lab in Ageing and Long-Term Care in collaboration with 5 Dutch Academic Collaborative Centers on Care for Older People (SANO).
