Social Fund
The social fund Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (SFOCW) is an organization for employees of this Ministry and people who are employed by associated institutions (e.g. IB-Group, universities, academic hospitals, museum).
It is a kind of aid from one employee to another in the form of an interest free loan or a gift. If an employee has financial problems he/she may appeal to this fund under certain conditions. However, the employee must be a member and pay the contribution.
