Virtual tours <a id="virtualtours" name="virtualtours"></a>

UCM building tour

Take a virtual tour of our monumental modernised 17th century building. Located in the centre of Maastricht, the UCM building used to be a monastery: it features a beautiful 15th century chapel that now serves as a lecture hall, a gorgeous courtyard, and a big common room thatis the centre stage for many student events and gatherings.

Tour of the Student Services Centre

Maastricht University’s Student Services Centre (SSC) helps students with a wide range of issues related to studying and student life. This includes topics such as application, registration, tuition fees and diploma recognition. In addition to providing students with help, the SSC supports several organisations that organise extracurricular activities, such as the INKOM, the sports council MUSST and Studium Generale.

Located just a short walk from the UCM building, the Inner City Library offers over 900 study spaces, a cafeteria, computer & printing facilities, and a wealth of academic information. Take a virtual stroll through the stacks of the Inner City University Library.

Tour of UM SPORTS

UM SPORTS, part of Maastricht University's Student Services Centre, is the sports department of Maastricht University. It is a place where students, employees and alumni get together to work out for student-friendly prices. From Zumba and ClubPower to Ultimate Frisbee and Fencing - with more than 50 indoor- and outdoor sports to choose from, UM SPORTS offers something for everyone.

At UCM, we have rolling admissions. This means that you can start with your application on 1 October for our September intake and on 1 July for our February intake. The sooner you apply, the sooner you will know whether you are accepted.

  • EU/EEA-students: up to and including 1 March 2022, 23:59 CET
  • Non-EU/EEA-students who need a visa or residence permit: up to and including 5 January, 2022, 23:59 CET

Start admissions: July 2021

  • All students: up to and including 1 October 2021, 23:59 CET

All applications which have not been completed by the deadline (by uploading all required documents) will not be taken into consideration.
