Rogier Wolf annotates ruling by the Court of Appeal
Recently Research Fellow Rogier Wolf’s annotation to a ruling of the Court of Appeal has been published in the journal ‘Jurisprudentie in Nederland’. The ruling of the court is on the liability of directors of an association.
