Maastricht students in final Ecotrophelia 2024
Maastricht University students have won the Dutch final of the student competition Ecotrophelia. They won first prize with their product Shrubilicious, a drinking vinegar based on apple cider vinegar, fruit and herbs. The main ingredient of Shrubilicious is apple cider vinegar. The product is composed of regional and seasonal ingredients and fits perfectly into a healthy lifestyle.
In the same competition, Maastricht students won second prize as well as the audience award with Freak Yoghurt. This is a ready-to-use protein-rich vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt enriched with Yerba Maté, a traditional South American tea that is a natural source of caffeine. Suitable as a healthy addition to your daily routine or, for example, as a convenient snack on the go.
