Team Leader Front Desks & Service Point
Servicepoint is the intake point for complaints, requests and mal functions in the field of facilities. Servicepoint also provides the administrative tasks in relation to the reception service. There are 14 reception desks manned by employees of Facility Services. The team receptionists consists of 54 employees who man the reception desks during the day, in the evening and at the weekend.
