Monika Leszczynska (M.)
Monika uses laboratory and online experiments as well as content analysis to deliver evidence-based insights to legal decision-makers on the impact of law on human behavior.
Her research focuses on contractual relationships. She has researched, for instance, what terms companies include in contracts for free digital services, how individuals react to payoff-irrelevant contractual provisions, or whether contractual formalities make people more cautious.
Additionally, she investigates how non-discrimination and affirmative action policies influence people’s behavior.
