UM Star Lecture: Courage in Complexity: an inquiry into today’s leadership challenges

Transformation, co-creation, learning, innovation. These are just a few of the concepts that have become mainstream synonyms for a changing and increasingly complex work environment in which many different stakeholders often pose contracting demands. Finding yourself in a leader role amidst all these developments, can be a mindboggling experience. This session will facilitate an inquiry into the topic of complexity and help you translate insights gained to personal leadership challenges.
