Without reducing our emissions, we will leave in an around +2.7°C warmer world by the end of this century. Almost three-quarters of global emissions come from energy use, yet the energy transition is not on track. During this meeting, we will discuss the latest findings of the IPCC report, the status of the energy transition and what we can do to scale up renewables to achieve the targets of the Paris Agreement as well as Sustainable Development Goals.

Next to the inspiring story of Lea Ranalder, we will also give you an update on the development of our worldwide community and there is plenty of time to get to know other UM alumni working in the field of sustainability.
