Appointed at the Faculty of Law as extraordinary professor ‘Europees Bestuursrecht en Openbaar Bestuur’

The 35th Anniversary of the Faculty of Law will take place at Maastricht University on the 26th February.  On this occasion, Oswald Jansen will give an inaugural speech entitled "Administrative Law and its Territory".

The seminar will discuss approaches to international administrative law and its content with a comparative approach, combining experiences of lawyers and legal officers from all kinds of practice, areas of law, and regions. The seminar has a legal comparative focus.
