D. Joosten - ten Brinke

I am professor of Learning & Assessment at the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences, in the School of Health Professions Education and the Department of Educational Development and Research. Stimulating and optimizing the quality of assessment in education is my main focus. I join the task group on testing in the department O&O. My research focuses on the following three aspects: the integration of assessment of learning and assessment for learning, workplace assessment and the technology that can improve assessment processes in the workplace and in education. I find it challenging and inspiring to supervise master students and PhD students, and enjoy giving workshops and trainings. I am the editor of a Dutch journal on assessment.
