Dr Mr Christina Peristeridou (C.)
Christina Peristeridou currently coordinates the 'Comparative Criminal Procedure Handbook', a project aiming at the development of a book on comparative concepts of criminal procedure (to be published 2023). She is furthermore, together with Dorris de Vocht, working in the field of virtual justice from interdiscipinary perspective and setting up a international network of experts in this field. She is currently also writing on pre-trial detention and its alternatives and the European Arrest Warrant (esp. detention conditions). From June 2020 until June 2022, she has been working for the ImprovEAW project, which aims to improve the use of the EAW form and the procedures of every-day practice in European Arrest Warrant proceedings.
