Issues with your rent​, problems with your landlord, defects that are not timely repaired? Huurteam Zuid-Limburg, formerly known as the Housing Helpdesk, helps you with housing-related problems.
They provide free advice and information, contact landlord(organisations) and if necessary submit matters to the Rent Committee or judge. For more information, take a look at their website or send an email to info@huurteam-zuidlimburg.nl.
Huurteam Zuid-Limburg is a pilot programme, set up together with Economische Samenwerking Zuid-Limburg (ESZL), the municipality of Maastricht and Maastricht University. The programme started in 2020, following the success of the Housing Helpdesk, which has supported students with rental problems since 2015.
