I am a PhD Candidate at the Department of Educational Research and Development. My research revolves around mentoring programmes for students in higher education, and how mentoring can support them in developing their reflective abilities and employability competences. Moreover, I am involved in teaching activities at SBE.
Within my job, I focus a lot on coaching and mentoring initiatives within higher education or within the transition phase from higher education to the workplace. I am especially interested in how mentoring can support students or young professionals to reflect about themselves and how this links to their continuous professional development.
