Astrid Bastiaens
Astrid Bastiaens is a PhD candidate at Maastricht University. Her research focuses on the validation of a threat assessment instrument for terrorist attacks. Her supervisors are Jan-Willem van Prooijen en Marko Jelicic.
Astrid is a forensic psychologist. She completed the Master progamme Forensic Psychology at the Psychology Faculty of Maastricht University. Before starting her PhD, she worked as a psychologist at the forensic hospital of Mondriaan in Heerlen.
