Walk & learn: nature conservation
On the 22nd of April for Earth Day, the small action team of Maastricht for Climate is organizing
a walk around the nature reserve of Sint-Pietersberg. The walk will take place at 12 am and last
around 2 hours. Together with an expert, we will discuss biodiversity preservation, the
restoration and conservation of natural heritage around the area.
With this event, we hope to raise awareness for the precious nature reserves that we have right in front of our door and to bring the importance of biodiversity closer to students, staff and locals.
We invite you to join us on this walk where we will get to know the local fauna and flora.
