Global Transfer Pricing Conference

The Global Transfer Pricing Conference 2015

The third Global Conference on Transfer Pricing will be held in Brussels (Belgium, Europe) at the University Maastricht Campus on 18th of December 2015. This yearly conference focuses on Transfer Pricing: one of the most important and controversial topics among governments, policy makers, multinational enterprises, tax authorities, tax consultants, civil society and academics. The Global Conference on Transfer Pricing can be considered as a not-for-profit, independent and neutral conference, providing a basis for interactive debates among the different stakeholders in the area of taxation.

This year the conference will focus on the so-called BEPS deliverables with respect to Transfer Pricing. October 5 the OECD reports have officially been published and the main question to be answered is what OECD did with the comments OECD received from all the stakeholders. What will remain from the original text in the final deliverables? Second question is what the consequences are for countries and companies. How will the changes as being reported by OECD affect practices in the transfer pricing area? In this conference we will not focus on Transfer Pricing as such, but will envisage also related subjects as for example action 5 and action 7.

In the University Maastricht Campus in Brussels we will meet 5 international renowned speakers representing governments, business and academia. They will share their views and explain their transfer pricing policies to the audience. Besides the 5 speakers, we expect conference delegates from around 15+ countries. The Global Transfer Pricing Conference is designed for government officials, tax consultants, multinationals enterprises and their tax directors, non-governmental organizations and academics who are interested in transfer pricing and international taxation.

We look forward to your participation at our 3rd Global Transfer Pricing Conference in Brussels on the 18th of  December 2015.

Best  regards,
