Workshop 'Wearables & data science for nutritional and preventive health care'
Expressed by the strategy of the MUMC+, an important aspect of Healthy Living concerns the monitoring and coaching of chronically ill patients at home. Unique possibilities for large-scale health interventions are created by wearable technologies combined with smart data science. Development and implementation of such new wearable healthcare applications provides complex, yet promising challenges. It requires collaboration from medical and primary care providers, nutritional and behavioral scientists, technology and business experts.
Because of their technology facilitating position within the MUMC+, IDEE and Maastricht Instruments organize this workshop to bring together the brightest ideas in nutritional and preventive healthcare to foster new collaborations and projects.
Deadline for registration: 11 May. NOTE: only for NUTRIM and CAPHRI participants
