Tim Reissner (T.A.)

Tim Reissner is a PhD-Candidate at the Department of Organization, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship, where he also completed his Master's degree in International Business.

 

His research interests lie in the area of work teams, leadership, and proactive workplace behavior, particularly voice, as well as the socialization process of organizational newcomers. In studying these topics, his research spans across different levels of analysis and also incorporates temporal dynamics.

 

Tim has taught a variety of courses from Crisis Management in Organizations to Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management and (co-)supervised theses at the Bachelor and Master level. He has received various research grants and has been nominated for both teaching and research related awards.
