… 2020 The Faculties of Law of Airlangga University in Surabaya and Maastricht University, along with the Maastricht School of Management (MSM), collaborated on the important mission of strengthening skills, ethics, and integrity in Indonesian legal education. The aim was to improve and strengthen legal education and the skills of law graduates, with a strong focus on questions of the rule of law, good governance, and ethics. The project was successful in improving the efficiency in organisation, education management and quality assurance of the faculties. It also helped to improve the skills of the teaching staff by training them in Problem-Based Learning (PBL), a practice-oriented approach to teaching law that includes interactive, student-centred teaching methods like webinars and seminars.
