Prof Dr Frans Leeuw (F.L.)
Frans L Leeuw (sociologist) was born in 1953.
He is a Professor, Law, Public Policy and Social Science Research, University of Maastricht.
He was President of the European Evaluation Society (1999-2002) and of the Netherlands Evaluation Society.
