Dear GROW scientists,
On Thursday, June 13th, the annual GROW Science Day will take place at van der Valk Maastricht. Please find the programme attached. Meet our ‘new kids on the block’, learn all about AI in Oncology Research, AI in Systematic Reviews, hear fellowship stories of GROW researchers & discover which research projects our own members are working on. Please note: this year there will be parallel sessions for Oncology and Reproduction research.
Our young researchers will have the opportunity to share their very own research projects during the Poster Sessions. Keynote speaker Bas Ruyssenaars – part of the Institute of Brilliant Failures – will share his thoughts on accepting failure in research and scientific integrity. Bas will introduce the Brilliant Failures framework and the power of pattern recognition. He will positively challenge all participants to have an open attitude towards innovation, failure and learning from it on an individual, team, organizational and system level.
The day will end with informal drinks and a fun networking game. GROW looks forward to meeting all of you in person and hopes to see you June 13th!
