There is no one size fits all to obtaining a PhD. The Maastricht Graduate School of Law
enables you to map out an individual route to your PhD.
We welcome talented and ambitious resident and non-resident PhD candidates
to write a doctoral thesis under the supervision of one of our experts, either alongside
their professional career, with a PhD scholarship or as a Maastricht University employee.
Our PhD programmes combine introductory methodology and skills courses,
intensive supervision, outstanding facilities, a vibrating and international environment,
and membership in the academic community of the Faculty of Law and
its research institutes and centres.
